"The Chinook Entrepreneur Challenge (CEC) is set to kick off this year’s business plan competition. For the past five years the Challenge has been giving away cash and in-kind services to worthy start up businesses for writing a solid, realistic plan. This year, the grand prize is $15,000 plus in-kind prizes."
