Land Inventory Boon to Investors

The new Land Inventory highlights vacant commercial and industrial properties that have potential for development. The Land Inventory contains valuable data for the pursuit of commercial or industrial property, such as property size, current and future zoning, future land use, assessed value, and maps to identify parcel location. The Economic Development Alliance of Southeast Alberta (EDA) recently completed a Land Inventory for the City of Medicine Hat, County of Forty Mile, Cypress County, Town of Bow Island, Town of Redcliff, and an all encompassing document for Southeast Alberta.
